1. Regular massage from 34th week of pregnancy.
2. Apply the massage oil to external labia and areas between the vagina and the anus. 
3. Press the perinaeum area with fingertips and external perinaeum area in a circular motion. 
4. At first, press slightly and then increase pressure along the imaginary dial. 
5. Insert the thumb into the vagina deeply.
