RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want your Bio Care experience to be a great one, however we understand that ordering online can be tricky.
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and wish to return an item you’ve purchased, we have a 14 days return policy. Items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging still in place.
Products can be returned if we have made an error in shipping the goods to you. Products must be returned in original condition.
If there is a defect in the product only noticed upon opening the product, then it may be returned to us for a replacement. Evidence of product defect will be required to ensure the return approval. Please note that notification within 14 days of receipt is required. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Please include your order number, name, address and reason for the return.
Once we have received the item and your refund has been processed and approved it can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account.
*Please note: Reimbursement of return delivery costs depends on the condition.
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter your shipping information correctly.
Claims for damage,lost or stolen items
All items purchased from Bio Care Australia are made to shipping arrangements and we are not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post. We choose Australia Post as our common carrier because of their worldwide services, highly regarded reputation and allegiances with local and international post offices throughout the world.
